We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee to cover the reserved time.
Late cancellations or failure to attend may incur a fee of up to 50% of the booked service cost.
Repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.

KortasCuts follows strict hygiene and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for all clients.KortasCuts is not liable for any allergic reactions or adverse effects resulting from treatments if prior medical advice was not sought or disclosed. We recommend performing a patch test for chemical treatments when necessary.

If you are getting a colour service, a patch test will be required at least 48
hours beforehand to check for allergies.​​

KortasCuts cannot be held liable for adverse reactions if relevant information has not been disclosed.
